Our Project Managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial roofing projects from inception to completion. This role requires exceptional project management skills, technical knowledge of roofing systems, effective communication, and the ability to manage and lead a team of roofing professionals to deliver high-quality, on-time, and within-budget projects.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Initiation:
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and materials required for successful project execution.
Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate roofing conditions and recommend suitable solutions.
Project Execution and Management:
Lead and direct the project team, including subcontractors, to ensure efficient and safe project execution.
Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project promptly.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies throughout the project duration.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and ensuring projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality and safety.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure roofing systems meet industry standards and client expectations.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials are of the highest quality.
Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing their concerns and providing updates on progress.
Foster strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and safety records.
Provide regular reports to the management team on project status, milestones, and financials.
