Commercial Roofing Foreman
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Full-Time | Hourly - 28-35 depending on experience level
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead crews on commercial roofing projects throughout the Minneapolis area.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in safety, quality workmanship, productivity, and building strong roofing crews.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise commercial roofing crews on active job sites
Coordinate daily crew assignments and job-site activities
Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems
Work with TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen, coatings, metal roofing, and other roofing systems
Read and follow blueprints, project specifications, and work orders
Ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality standards
Enforce job-site safety procedures, PPE requirements, and OSHA standards
Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings
Perform quality-control checks throughout projects
Complete daily reports and required job documentation
Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, customers, and crew members
Requirements
5+ years of commercial roofing experience required
Previous Foreman or crew leadership experience
Strong knowledge of multiple commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, and Modified Bitumen
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
Strong commitment to job-site safety and quality workmanship
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts and occasional weekends as project schedules require
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of commercial roofing experience
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Experience performing roofing inspections and quality-control checks
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
