The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading
residential and commercial roofing contractor in Denver, CO and we a re
looking to hire a dependable and experienced Commercial Account Manager to
manage the lifecycle of commercial roofing projects-from prospecting &
inspections to contract signing and project completion at this location.
In this role you will generate new business, educate
clients and decision-makers, collaborate with estimating and production teams, and
deliver the exceptional customer experience we're known for. Your goal is to
make every project seamless, transparent, and results-driven.
What You’ll Do
Commercial Account Managers (CAMs) are trusted
advisors, problem-solvers, and relationship builders.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify,
research, and pursue commercial roofing opportunities within assigned
market
- Conduct
property inspections & visual assessments to determine project scope
- Build
relationships with property managers, facility directors, building owners,
and key stakeholders
- Represent
the company at networking events and trade shows
Customer Consultation & Sales
- Educate
customers on roofing options, restoration vs. replacement strategies,
insurance claims, and the company’s proposition
- Prepare
and present proposals with the estimating team
- Present
contracts and guide customers through the signing process
- Serve
as the primary contact throughout sales and pre-production
Project Collaboration
- Coordinate
with estimating team to define scopes and meet deadlines
- Coordinate
with production team to meet timelines and project requirements
- Manage
projects from contract through final invoicing
- Conduct
final walk-throughs, collect final payments, and request reviews or
referrals
CRM & Documentation
- Maintain
accurate records in AccuLynx
- Upload
documents and prepare complete job files for production
- Organize
project photos in CompanyCam or similar platform
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications
- 2+
years of experience in commercial roofing, construction sales, or property
services
- Experience
working with building owners, property managers, or general contractors
- Experience
using CRM systems (AccuLynx preferred) and project tracking tools
Additional Skills & Attributes
- Ability
to prospect, build a sales pipeline, and close deals independently
- Ability
to walk roofs, climb ladders, and work at heights
- Strong
communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid
driver's license and reliable transportation
