Job Summary:

Flynn is hiring Commercial Roofing Journeymen and Laborers for projects in the Colorado Springs area. Responsibilities include installing, repairing, and replacing commercial flat roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, and modified bitumen while following safety requirements and delivering quality workmanship on commercial projects.

What We Are Seeking

Journeymen Roofers

• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on commercial roofing experience
• Experience with TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, modified bitumen, or similar roofing systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Experience working safely at heights and operating roofing tools and equipment

Roofing Laborers

• 1+ year of commercial or flat roofing experience preferred
• Experience assisting with commercial roofing installations and repairs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

All Candidates

Reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to climb ladders and work at heights

Team-oriented with a strong safety mindset

A Day In The Life

• Install, repair, and replace commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, and modified bitumen
• Assist with roof tear-offs, material staging, and installation activities
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements
• Read and follow project drawings, specifications, and installation requirements
• Work collaboratively with foremen and crew members to complete projects safely, on time, and to Flynn quality standards
• Perform physical work outdoors and at heights on commercial construction sites

$25 - $30 an hour
