Blackmore and Buckner, A Tecta America Company is currently searching for experienced commercial roofers at our Noblesville, IN location
We are looking for experienced commercial roofers with 2+ years of experience to work on a variety of different roof systems in many locations across Indiana. This includes re-roofs and new construction projects.
Commercial Roofer Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial low-slope roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR)
- Perform tear-offs, roof prep, insulation installation, and membrane installation
- Install flashings, penetrations, and details per manufacturer specifications
- Follow all OSHA safety requirements and company safety policies
- Read and follow job drawings and work orders
- Maintain quality workmanship and jobsite cleanliness
- Work efficiently while meeting schedule and quality expectations
- Communicate effectively with foremen and project management
- Assist in training and mentoring less-experienced crew members
We Offer:
- STARTING PAY RATE between $22 and $35.50 per hour depending on experience.
- Total union package including Pension, Supplemental pension, and Health and Welfare totaling $47.84/HR for Journeyman.
