    Description

    Terros Health is pleased to share an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Commercial/Residential Facilities Technician II, is responsible for the maintenance, inspection and repair of the inside, outside and exterior areas around buildings, including ventilating and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical systems, safety items, locks, doors and landscaping. This position is responsible for facility services all commercial/Residential facilities and assigned work orders from the Commercial/Residential facilities manager.

    This position adheres to all policies/procedures, safety programs and records. Performs general maintenance work, develops and completes work orders as required. High level of initiative, autonomy, and organization is required. Excellent communication skills. Regular contact and good rapport with all levels of personnel throughout the organization. Maintains strict confidentiality of all departmental information, communications, and activities. Responds to disasters and emergencies. Performs other related functions or special projects. Reports to the Commercial/Residential Facilities Manager.

    HOPE ~ HEALTH ~ HEALING

    • Assisting with repairs inside and outside of buildings.
    • Follows all preventive maintenance procedures.
    • Assisting with Painting and repairs drywall as needed to keep a professional image
    • Replace all batteries in Thermostats, Facets, Toilets and other devices
    • Must maintain their designated fleet vehicle to Terros Standard
    • Coordinates HVAC repairs and with Vendors
    • Monitors and assess landscape conditions at properties to ensure landscapers are performing according to contract.
    • Monitors and inspects fire extinguishers and coordinates repairs
    • Replace electrical cords as needed and ensure that replacement cords are working properly. If necessary, initiate vendor procurement for more complicated installation, troubleshooting
    • Monitor on site trash collection and disposal, repair and replacement of containers with the City of Phoenix
    • Works required hours, be available during non-work hours as needed and responds to emergency calls in a timely manner.
    • Participate in on-call rotating schedules and assigned committees.
    • Assures patient safety, privacy and confidentiality, and considers age specific issues as appropriate or required. Assures safety of employees and visitors. Ensures compliance and adherence to all regulatory requirements. Assists in maintaining security systems including lock identification, key file, and automatic access codes for facility locks and equipment requiring keys. Issues keys as authorized and maintains a record of all keys and codes issued.
    • Assist Commercial/Residential Facilities manager in office moves and other projects.
