    Work Location: Midland, TX

    Schedule: Mon.- Fri.; 8am- 5pm, after hours as needed due to business necessity

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The Commercial Representative is responsible for supporting, developing and executing the commercial strategy and transactions involving Kinetik's gas, crude and produced water midstream businesses in Texas and New Mexico. This position collaboratively executes the business plan and growth strategy that will enable the company to optimally commercialize and develop new and existing assets and is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. Specific tasks and job duties include:

    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

    Bachelor's or higher degree preferredTwo (2) years' experience in a midstream commercial, finance, marketing or business development role is a plusContract administration and negotiation skills is a plusPermian Basin experience is a plus

    Working Conditions:

    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

    Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilitiesOccasional travel to visit customers and/or Kinetik plants and worksites as needed

    Available outside of normal working hours as needed for business necessity

    Physical Requirements:

    Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standardsAbility to work effectively in all working conditions noted above.Will require lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 15 lbs. in a safe manner on an occasional basis
