The Commercial Relationship Manager is responsible for developing, expanding, and managing commercial member relationships while delivering exceptional service and strategic financial solutions. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business members by identifying opportunities, structuring complex credit solutions, and providing guidance on commercial lending, deposits, treasury management, and related business services.
The Commercial Relationship Manager partners closely with internal departments and senior leadership to develop and execute relationship management strategies that support member growth, portfolio quality, and overall business objectives. This position is responsible for originating, underwriting, negotiating, and managing commercial credit relationships while maintaining a strong focus on risk management, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
Success in this role requires strong business development skills, sound financial and credit analysis, relationship management expertise, and a commitment to representing REV within the community.
