Function: The Commercial Relationship Manager will lead commercial business development efforts, originate and structure lending opportunities, deepen existing client relationships, and expand referral channels across the Jacksonville market.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in commercial banking relationship management
Established commercial presence and active network within the Jacksonville market
Demonstrated success in developing business through centers of influence, including CPAs, attorneys, and commercial real estate brokers
Strong credit fluency with the ability to structure deals and advocate for credit requests independently
Experience managing portfolio quality, client retention, and annual relationship reviews
Knowledge of BSA/AML and KYC requirements in a regulated financial institution
