Evolution Capital Group is expanding its commercial finance and advisory platform and is seeking experienced Commercial Relationship Managers, Business Bankers, and Commercial Banking professionals who have built meaningful relationships with business owners, real estate investors, CPAs, attorneys, and other centers of influence.

This is not a traditional bank Relationship Manager position and it is not a salaried portfolio-management role.

We are selecting experienced professionals who want to leverage their commercial banking background and relationships to build a long-term Capital Advisory practice on the Evolution platform.

Founded in 2015, Evolution Capital Group has facilitated more than $700 million in financing for businesses and investors. Our platform provides Capital Advisors with access to a broad range of bank, non-bank, institutional, private credit, and direct investment solutions.

Instead of being limited by one bank's credit box, product set, geographic appetite, or balance sheet, our advisors can evaluate the client's entire capital need and work with our underwriting and capital teams to identify an appropriate solution.

The ideal candidate has spent several years developing trusted relationships with business owners and commercial clients and understands how to identify financing opportunities through those relationships.

An existing network or book of commercial relationships is strongly preferred.

What You'll Do

As a Capital Advisor on the Evolution platform, you will:

• Develop and manage relationships with business owners, investors, and referral partners.
• Identify financing and capital needs within your existing and developing network.
• Advise clients across a significantly broader financing platform than a traditional single-bank product set.
• Work alongside Evolution's underwriting and transaction team to structure, package, and execute transactions.
• Develop relationships with CPAs, attorneys, bankers, wealth advisors, M&A professionals, insurance professionals, and commercial real estate professionals.
• Build a recurring book of commercial finance and advisory relationships.
• Represent the Evolution brand professionally within the business community.

Important: This Is Not a Traditional Employment Position

We are not hiring traditional salaried bank employees.

We are selecting a limited number of Capital Advisors who will represent the Evolution brand and build their own commercial advisory practices utilizing our platform.

Compensation is performance-based and designed to reward advisors for the business and relationships they develop.
