Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician

Now Hiring: Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician

Join a growing team supporting cold storage facilities, distribution centers, and industrial production facilities. We're seeking an experienced technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, equipment startups, and commissioning on commercial and light industrial refrigeration systems.

What You'll Do:

Perform preventive maintenance, service calls, and emergency repairs

Troubleshoot refrigeration systems, controls, chillers, rack systems, and packaged equipment

Complete startups and commissioning for new installations

Document service work using tablet-based software

Build strong customer relationships and provide equipment replacement recommendations Collaborate with service coordinators and managers to resolve technical issues

Qualifications:

EPA Certification Required

OSHA 10 Preferred

Refrigeration trade school or equivalent industry experience

Experience with commercial/industrial refrigeration systems and controls

CO refrigeration experience a plus Valid Driver's License Required

Strong customer service and communication skills
