We’re hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician who excels at diagnostics, repair, and customer service.
What you’ll do
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems with precision
- Execute preventive maintenance and detailed inspections
- Install and replace HVAC/R components and full systems
- Service RTUs, split and package units, refrigeration systems, boilers, and controls
- Handle equipment from 1 to 50+ tons
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues
- Provide clear repair/replacement recommendations to customers
- Complete accurate work orders, service reports, and documentation
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Uphold safety policies and industry standards
- Ensure professional, courteous service at every job
- Join the on-call rotation—occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience
- Completion of an accredited HVAC technical training program
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Expertise with commercial HVAC, refrigeration, electrical troubleshooting, boilers, and HVAC controls
