Commercial Real Estate Transactional Attorney (2+ Years)

About the opportunity

An established Atlanta-area law firm is looking for a commercial real estate transactional attorney with at least 2 years of experience. You'd handle a real estate practice and work directly with clients, without a billable-hour requirement.

What you'll do

- Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and development matters

- Draft, review and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, loan documents and related transaction documents

- Manage closings and due diligence from start to finish

- Manage client relationships and help grow the practice

What we're looking for

- 2+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience

- Active Georgia bar admission and in good standing

- Strong client management skills; a portable book of business is preferred but not required

- Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable running deals independently

- Able to work in the office full time
