Commercial Real Estate Transactional Attorney (2-5 Years)

About the opportunity

My team is partnering confidentially with an established Atlanta law firm looking for a commercial real estate transactional attorney with 2 to 5 years of experience. This is an in-office role with direct client contact and room to grow the practice.

What you'll do

• Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and development matters
• Draft, review and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, loan documents and related transaction documents
• Manage closings and due diligence from start to finish
• Manage client relationships and help grow the practice

What we're looking for

• 2 to 5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Active Georgia bar admission and in good standing
• Strong client management skills; a portable book of business is preferred but not required
• Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable running deals independently
• Able to work in the office full time

Why this role

• Base salary of $120,000 to $140,000
• 1,800 annual billable-hour target
• Real client contact and room to build your own practice
