Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established, highly regarded law firm to identify a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its growing team. This firm is known for its collaborative, collegial environment and works with a sophisticated client base across a range of complex real estate matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on involvement in transactions and thrives in a detail-oriented, fast-paced setting.
What You'll Be Doing:
Support attorneys with a variety of commercial real estate transactions from start to finish
Assist with drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements and related transaction documents
Coordinate and manage closing processes, including preparing closing packages and handling post-closing recordings
Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and related documents
Communicate regularly with lenders, attorneys, clients, and other parties to ensure smooth transaction flow
Handle filing and recording of documents with appropriate local agencies
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of experience supporting commercial real estate transactions within a law firm setting
Familiarity with lender-side transactions and working with multiple deal stakeholders
Experience reviewing title and survey materials
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Professional, client-facing demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and able to work independently while remaining a strong team contributor
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
