Job Details
Our client is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to join its team in the Philadelphia suburbs.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting attorneys on commercial real estate transactions and be comfortable managing multiple matters, documents, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Support attorneys with commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development matters
Assist with due diligence, including title and survey review
Prepare, organize, and maintain transaction documents and closing files
Coordinate closings, closing checklists, and transaction deliverables
Review and organize leases, purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and related materials
Assist with UCC, corporate, property, and other transactional searches
Communicate with clients, title companies, lenders, opposing counsel, and other parties
Track transaction deadlines and maintain organized electronic files
Provide general transactional support to attorneys as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate
Experience with real estate transactions and closings
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
