Commercial Real Estate Paralegal - Charlotte - Direct Hire

RevCats is hiring an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a full-time, direct-hire position based in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina.

Compensation and benefits

$80,000-$95,000 annual salary, based on experience, with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with commercial real-estate closings, review title and surveys, revise and review lease amendments and non-disturbance agreements, organize and maintain matter files, and prepare closing documents.

Qualifications

Extensive commercial real-estate paralegal experience, title/survey review and strong Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills. Strong communication, independent problem-solving and professional teamwork. Four-year degree or equivalent relevant experience/education; paralegal certificate preferred.

This role is onsite in Uptown Charlotte. At least five years of commercial real estate paralegal experience and five years of prior remote work experience are required.
