A burgeoning law firm ranked in the AmLaw 100 league is in search of an accomplished litigator with a minimum of three years of experience in complex commercial litigation, preferably with landlord-tenant disputes, premises liability, homeowners' association compliance and general commercial real estate litigation cases.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all phases of litigation,
• Drafting and reviewing pleadings,
• Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis,
• Engaging in motion practice and delivering persuasive oral advocacy.
