    Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

    Location: Miami, FL
    A well-established law firm in Miami is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support attorneys in a busy transactional practice. This role involves handling commercial real estate transactions from start to finish and working closely with internal teams and external clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the preparation and processing of commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing
    • Review contracts and related transaction documents
    • Perform detailed property and title research
    • Prepare closing documents and due diligence checklists
    • Prepare and review title commitments, title policies, and title objection letters
    • Assemble loan packages and closing binders
    • Prepare settlement statements, closing disclosures, and related documentation
    • Order and review surveys, inspections, and title reports
    • Examine title and identify potential issues
    • Track and manage deadlines throughout the transaction lifecycle
    • Coordinate disbursements and closing logistics

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
    • Prior experience in a large law firm environment preferred
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Experience using closing software and other legal support tools
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to interact effectively with attorneys, staff, clients, and third parties
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
    • Ability to work both independently and within a team
    • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
    • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
