Required Education, Experience, Licensure(s)/Certification(s), Skills etc.: - Certified General Appraiser in the State of Ohio
- Experience providing testimony to support opinion of value
- Review appraisal work
- Excellent communication, analytical and computer skills

Summary of Job Duties: - Perform duties supporting valuation appraisal of commercial property at a fair and accurate market value
- Data collection by conducting on-site measurements and inspections including new construction and review of blueprints
- Provide testimony for the Board of Revision, Board of Tax Appeal and Court of Common Pleas
- Appraisal review for purposes of Board of Revision, Board of Tax Appeal and Court of Common Pleas
- Perform field work in your own vehicle (with mileage reimbursement)
- Application of appraisal terms, principles and techniques
- Possess the skills to interact with the public, tax agents and attorneys
