    Description

    Description
Trinity Partners' Charlotte office is adding to the Industrial Services team.  This is an industrial commercial real estate brokerage role. You will prospect your submarket, advise owners and occupiers on space and market conditions, negotiate lease and sale transactions, and earn a commission when a deal closes. You will build a book of business with meaningful autonomy and substantial mentoring, starting with your own transactions and expanding into larger, more complex assignments as your expertise grows.

The Charlotte Industrial team is built around A-players who share Trinity's core values: Ownership. Family. Believe in possibility. Be scrappy.  We assume positive intent, share information openly, give credit publicly, and coach privately. We do what is right, refuse to cut corners, and we're born to solve problems, identify opportunities, work hard, and make money.

    Training & Business Plan
Trinity Partners invests heavily in early-career brokers. New hires join a weekly, hour-long training program taught by team leadership and senior brokers, covering prospecting and CRM discipline, transaction mechanics, building and site fundamentals, underwriting, and client-facing skills. Trinity provides each broker a proven business plan covering their territory, prospect list, activity targets, and production goals, and the broker submits a pipeline and KPI report every Friday. Team leadership reviews progress on a recurring cadence that doubles as the ongoing coaching forum.

    Compensation
This is an independent contractor engagement, not a salaried position. Brokers begin with a recoverable monthly draw netted against future commissions. There is no cap on commissions earned, and brokers receive a competitive commission split on completed transactions.

Trinity Partners was founded in 1998 when three Charlotte industry leaders left large, national commercial real estate firms to build something less constrained: a firm that hires the right people and gives them the latitude and support to solve problems creatively for their clients. Nearly thirty years later, that entrepreneurial approach has grown Trinity to 295 professionals across five Southeast offices in Charlotte, Raleigh, Greenville, Columbia, and Atlanta, with a leasing and management portfolio totaling 46.6 million square feet and a client roster that includes the nation’s largest landlords. We are hands-on, and we make it our mission to know our markets better than anyone.
