We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and services concerning real estate law and property rights. This includes acquisitions and dispositions, mezzanine financing and transactions, leasing, and other real estate transactions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate law, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on a wide range of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions and dispositions, mezzanine financing, and mezzanine transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate agreements including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, financing agreements, and property management agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence reviews of property and corporate documents.
  • Advise clients on legal and regulatory issues related to real estate transactions.
  • Work closely with other attorneys, clients, and other professionals to ensure transactions are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Represent clients in real estate disputes and litigation.
  • Keep up to date with changes in real estate law and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be a member in good standing with the state bar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
  • Proven experience handling acquisitions and dispositions, mezzanine financing, mezzanine transactions, leasing, and other real estate transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate law, property rights, and due diligence process.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
