Job Details

What You’ll Do:

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and development agreements
Handle acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing transactions
Manage deals from LOI through due diligence, title and survey review, and closing
Work closely with partners and serve as a primary point of contact for clients
Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and paralegals

What You Bring:

J.D. from an accredited law school, active bar license in good standing
7+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience at a law firm
Strong drafting and negotiation skills across PSAs, leases, and financing documents
Ability to manage matters independently with minimal oversight
Excellent attention to detail, client service, and communication skills
