Commercial Real Estate Attorney – Kansas City

Founded over 50 years ago and headquartered in Kansas City with 30 attorneys currently, we are a full service law firm representing businesses and individuals across a broad range of legal matters. Our practice includes civil litigation, real estate, corporate law, business transactions, and construction amongst others.

Job duties:

This is a transactional role. Work will be on large commercial real estate (CRE) deals – purchase and sale, title and survey, financing, and leasing, corporate structuring, and entity creation / formation.
