Job Details

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Illinois Bar admission.
• Experience handling commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, and/or development matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and transactional due diligence skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and communicate effectively with clients and other parties.
• Experience with real estate finance, zoning, land use, or public-private development projects is a plus.
