Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney

A growing law firm in West Los Angeles is looking to add a transactional Commercial Real Estate Associate with 4–7 years of experience.

The attorney will handle commercial real estate transactions from start to finish, working on matters involving acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and joint ventures.

What they're looking for:

• 4–7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience

• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements

• Experience with financing documentation and joint venture operating agreements

• Ability to manage transactions through completion

• Strong academic credentials and law school background

• California Bar admission

Compensation and benefits:

• $200,000+ salary

• 1,800-hour billable requirement
