A North Dallas-based boutique law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its growing transactional practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on experience working on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions alongside experienced senior attorneys.
Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development matters
• Draft and review purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, easements, development agreements, and other transaction documents
• Manage due diligence and assist with real estate closings
• Review title commitments, surveys, zoning documentation, and environmental reports
• Coordinate with lenders, title companies, surveyors, consultants, and other transaction parties
• Identify legal and business issues and provide practical solutions throughout the transaction process

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Texas Bar membership in good standing
• 2+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Experience with acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing, and/or development
• Experience drafting and reviewing commercial real estate transaction documents
• Strong analytical, drafting, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
