Commercial Real Estate Agent

We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our growing team! You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of clients.  This is a 100% commission only independent contractor opportunity with unlimited earning potential with training and mentorship provided.

Responsibilities:

• List and sell commercial real estate
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
• Negotiate lease transactions between landlord and tenants.
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Navigate the commercial real estate process for clients.
• Become a market expert in a specialized real estate product type.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self starter and highly self disciplined
