Who You Are:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 5 properties totaling approximately 285,000 square feet. This role is responsible for the full-cycle management of assigned properties, including financial performance, tenant relations, and operational oversight.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
Manage day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial office properties
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, providing regular updates on property performance
Develop and deliver annual property budgets
Review monthly financials, provide variance explanations, and ensure timely reporting to clients
Oversee rent collection, tenant billing, and manage the rent management program
Monitor and respond to tenant service requests through the property portal
Supervise and support 2 building engineers across assigned properties
Coordinate with the accounting team, who prepares financials, while maintaining ownership of reporting accuracy and communication
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are well-maintained
Handle administrative responsibilities with support from the internal team
What You Bring:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property management (office experience preferred)
Experience with MRI accounting software is a plus
Familiarity with Impak and AvidXchange
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and variance analysis
Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties effectively
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable transportation required for travel between properties
What We Offer:
Salary range: $70,000 – $85,000 annually (based on experience)
