    JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Manager
    JOB TYPE: Direct-Hire
    LOCATION: Newtown, PA – 100% onsite, five days per week; regional travel to properties/projects as needed
    START DATE: October/November 2026
    SHIFT: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
     
    We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager for an early-career opportunity offering broad exposure to property operations, tenant relations, financial activities, projects, and leasing. This role is designed for a motivated professional who wants to learn the business through hands-on experience, direct mentorship, and progressively greater responsibility.
     
    Responsibilities
    • Support daily property operations and assist with tenant needs, service requests, and ongoing issues.
    • Build professional relationships with tenants while providing responsive, service-oriented communication.
    • Assist with leasing activities, document management, and administration of property-related records.
    • Coordinate with maintenance teams, vendors, and service providers to support efficient property operations.
    • Help manage improvement and construction-related initiatives by monitoring schedules, costs, deliverables, and progress.
    • Support budgeting, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, financial records, and management reporting.
    • Participate in property inspections, document findings, and help coordinate necessary follow-up.
    • Assist senior team members with research, analysis, and information gathering related to operational, investment, and development initiatives.
     
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
    • Approximately 0–2 years of relevant experience, including qualifying internships or early-career exposure to property management, real estate, finance, accounting, or lending.
    • Strong interest in building a long-term career in property management and learning multiple aspects of the business.
    • High learning aptitude with sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to take on increasingly complex assignments.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, personable approach to working with tenants, vendors, and colleagues.
    • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple priorities.
    • Comfortable taking initiative, receiving direct coaching, and learning through hands-on responsibility.
