We are specifically looking for candidates with prior commercial property management experience who are comfortable managing a fast-paced portfolio with multiple tenants, vendors, and ongoing operational priorities.


Position Overview
The Commercial Property Manager oversees the daily operations, financial performance, and tenant relationships of a commercial property portfolio.


This role is designed for experienced property managers who can operate independently, manage a high volume of tenants, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
Operations and Maintenance
  •  Manage daily building operations to ensure properties remain safe and well-maintained. 
  •  Supervise vendors, maintenance personnel, and contractors. 
  •  Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs or capital projects. 
Tenant Relations
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants. 
  •  Respond to tenant requests and concerns professionally and promptly. 
  •  Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. 
Financial Management
  •  Prepare and manage operating budgets. 
  •  Oversee rent collection and expense approvals. 
  •  Monitor property performance and assist with financial reporting. 
Leasing and Administration
  •  Support leasing efforts and occupancy goals. 
  •  Maintain accurate property and tenant records. 
  •  Ensure compliance with applicable regulations. 
Qualifications
  •  5+ years of commercial property management experience preferred. 
  •  Experience with office, retail, or industrial properties preferred. 
  •  Strong organization and communication skills. 
  •  Experience with property management software (Yardi, MRI, or AppFolio preferred). 
  •  Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. 
Work Environment
Office-based with regular property visits. Occasional after-hours or weekend availability may be required.
