Commercial Project Manager

Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure projects meet budget, timeline, and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Review and manage project contracts, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
  • Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
