Commercial Project Manager

Project Manager – High-End Restaurant & Commercial Construction (Full-Time) - Miami, Florida

We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead high-end restaurant and general commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced restaurant work while still wanting a position with strong support, a positive culture, and work-life balance.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Travel: Very light travel

Workload: Manage 3–5 projects at a time

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from kickoff through closeout

• Manage schedules, budgets, documentation, and client communication

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to keep work moving

• Handle change orders, reporting, and overall project progress

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with restaurant construction and commercial projects

• Strong communication, organization, and multi-project management skills

• Procore and Microsoft tools experience is a plus ?
