• Lead field operations and oversee daily project activities.
• Drive project execution to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Control project budgets, costs, and financial forecasting.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
• Enforce safety policies and quality control standards.
• Lead risk management and contract administration efforts.
• Support field engineering and technical project requirements.

• 5-15+ years of Project Management experience
• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, MS Suite, Bluebeam)
• Commercial project experience from $1M-$10M
• Ability to work autonomously and manage project from full cradle to grave
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and compliance requirements
• A detail-oriented mindset with excellent organization and planning skills

They work in a variety of markets including the commercial, education, retail, healthcare, and federal spaces. All projects are within a 2 hour radius of Kansas City. • Base salary up to $130,000
