• Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Own budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, and change orders
• Coordinate owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams
• Conduct regular site visits throughout the Jacksonville market
• Drive project quality, financial performance, and delivery
