This creates an environment where talented construction professionals can build long-term careers while working on meaningful and impactful developments.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities include:Manage commercial, higher education, and institutional construction projects from planning through completionDrive project schedules, budgets, and overall project performanceLead project teams and foster collaboration between field and office personnelCreate and maintain project work plans, schedules, and cost forecastsManage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and buyout activitiesDeliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budgetCoordinate architects, engineers, owners, consultants, and trade partnersReview drawings, specifications, and project requirementsMonitor project financials, costs, billings, and profitabilityCreate solutions and proactively resolve project challengesManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationRun project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholdersMaintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycleThe successful applicant:Has 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project ManagerHas proven experience managing ground-up commercial, education, or higher education construction projectsHas experience delivering projects valued at $10M or greaterHas a strong understanding of construction management principles, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administrationHas experience managing multiple stakeholders and project teamsHas strong financial acumen and ability to manage project costs and forecastingHas experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and ownersWhat's on offer:Competitive base salaryAnnual performance bonus opportunitiesComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company contributionGenerous paid time off and holiday packageCareer advancement opportunities with a highly respected builderProfessional development, training, and leadership growth programsOpportunity to work on landmark commercial and higher education projects
