A well-established, privately held construction and development firm in the Metro Detroit area is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. Requirements Qualifications 5+ years of construction Project Management experience with a general contractor. Experience managing commercial, industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or other large-scale construction projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, estimating, contracts, and project financial management. Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong owner and subcontractor relationships. Strong communication, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with construction project management and scheduling software. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
