Commercial Project Manager - Design-Build

A well-established, 100% design-build commercial General Contractor in Columbus, OH (40+ years in business, about 90% repeat and referral clients) is hiring a Project Manager! You'll join projects at design stage, stay 8-12 weeks ahead of the field, and work on a diverse mix of commercial work: automotive dealerships, industrial, trucking terminals, offices, medical office buildings, showrooms and complex tenant improvements.

PROJECT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Commercial construction PM experience, ideally on projects in the $5M-$30M range
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion
• Strong scheduling, financial management, submittal and subcontractor coordination skills
• A proactive planner who prepares the field before problems hit
• Open-minded and excited to learn Lean Construction and the Last Planner System (experience is a plus, not required)
• Design-build, multi-family or hospital experience is a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• $90,000 - $120,000 (up to $130,000 for the right person)
• $750/month vehicle allowance
• Quarterly profit-based bonuses
• Extra $500/month travel stipend plus per diem for local PMs open to travel
