As a Commercial Pool Service Technician, you'll help maintain commercial swimming pools and keep facilities clean, properly balanced, and ready for the swimming season. Never worked in the pool industry? That's okay! We'll provide training to help you learn the job and build the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Clean, vacuum, brush, and maintain commercial swimming pools.
• Test and balance pool chemicals to maintain proper water quality.
• Inspect pool equipment and report maintenance concerns.
• Perform minor pool repairs and routine maintenance tasks.
• Complete daily service reports and follow established procedures.
• Help maintain clean, well-cared-for facilities for residents and guests.

Pay & Opportunities for Growth

• Starting pay: $19 per hour, with compensation that may increase based on experience, qualifications, and relevant skills.

Schedule & Work Environment

Enjoy an active, outdoor position with seasonal scheduling.

• Off-season: Primarily weekday work, with a more flexible schedule outside the peak swimming season.
• Peak season: A busier schedule supporting daily pool service needs, with some weekend work required.
• Overtime: Opportunities may be available during the busy season, depending on operational needs.

This position requires working outdoors in changing weather conditions and adapting to the demands of the swimming season.

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license held for at least three years.
• Must meet AquaTech's eligibility requirements to operate a company vehicle.
• A reliable, motivated individual who is eager to learn.
• Someone who can work independently, follow procedures, and take responsibility for the quality of their work.
