As a Commercial Pool Service Technician, you'll play an important role in maintaining commercial swimming pools and helping ensure they are clean, properly maintained, and ready for the swimming season. You'll gain hands-on experience, develop practical technical skills, and contribute to the quality of facilities used by local communities.

No previous pool experience required! AquaTech provides training to help you learn the fundamentals and develop the skills needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Clean, vacuum, brush, and maintain commercial swimming pools.
• Test and balance pool chemicals to maintain proper water quality.
• Inspect pool equipment and identify maintenance concerns.
• Perform minor pool repairs and routine maintenance tasks.
• Complete daily service reports and follow established procedures.
• Take pride in keeping pools clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.

Pay & Opportunities for Growth

Schedule & Work Environment

This is an active outdoor position with a schedule that varies by season.

• Off-season: Primarily weekday work, with a more flexible schedule outside the peak swimming season.
• Peak season: A busier schedule supporting daily pool service needs, with some weekend work required.
• Overtime: Opportunities may be available during the busy season, depending on operational needs.

Applicants should be comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions and adjusting to seasonal service demands.

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license held for at least three years.
• Must meet AquaTech's eligibility requirements to operate a company vehicle.
• A dependable, motivated individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Someone who can work independently, follow procedures, and take pride in their work.
