TradeWorX is hiring an experienced Commercial Plumbing Supervisor for a long-term opportunity in State College, PA. This position is ideal for a skilled plumbing professional with proven leadership experience who can effectively supervise a crew of 8 10 plumbers, coordinate daily installation activities, and maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and jobsite safety.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who can motivate a team, communicate effectively, and keep commercial plumbing projects moving forward.

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise a crew of approximately 8 10 commercial plumbers.
- Coordinate daily plumbing installation activities to meet project schedules and quality expectations.
- Assign work, monitor progress, and support efficient crew productivity.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and maintain consistent workmanship.
- Communicate effectively with project leadership and other trades to support jobsite coordination.
- Promote safe work practices and maintain professional jobsite standards.
Requirements
- 3 5 years of verifiable plumbing supervisory experience.
- Strong background in commercial plumbing installation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead crews of approximately 8 10 employees.
- Working knowledge of commercial construction environments and jobsite safety expectations.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
