Your ideal job is: Assisting in the creation and management of quotations, working closely with the Quotations Manager and Project Managers to ensure accurate and timely project execution.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:
- Quotation Support: Assist with generating plumbing quotations, ensuring product matches to customer specifications and working with vendors for up-to-date pricing.
- Customer and Vendor Interaction: Handle high volumes of sales calls and direct calls within the department, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Project Assistance: Support Project Managers by processing transactions such as orders, quotes, or returns and managing smaller projects/jobs as assigned.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate job binders, ensure documentation is up-to-date, and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Serve as a backup to the Quotations Administrator, assist team members, and follow up on the status of purchase orders for existing orders.
OUR MUST HAVES:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in plumbing sales or a related field.
- General knowledge of plumbing products and the industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Prophet 21.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detailed, and high volume environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changes quickly.
