Description

As our Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our commercial plumbing projects.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of commercial plumbing projects from start to finish.
  • Field Supervision: Supervise field personnel and schedule manpower for individual projects.
  • Procurement: Handle buy-outs, material purchasing, and equipment deliveries.
  • Communication: Generate and track RFIs, interact with General Contractors, and work with estimators during turnovers.
  • Paperwork: Process all project paperwork including billing, change orders, subcontracts, and closeout documents.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years working on and managing commercial plumbing projects.
    Proven leadership and field supervision skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Solid understanding of budget/cost management and the bidding process.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe/Bluebeam.
