We're looking for a skilled and dependable Commercial Plumber to join our growing team. This position focuses on commercial new construction and tenant fit-out projects. Responsibilities
- Install plumbing systems for commercial new construction and tenant fit-out projects throughout the Maryland/Baltimore area.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing drawings.
- Install sanitary, vent, domestic water, storm, and gas piping systems.
- Set plumbing fixtures, equipment, and trim as projects progress.
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Diagnose and resolve installation issues while maintaining quality workmanship.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, project specifications, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications
- Journeyman plumbing license preferred; commercial plumbing experience required.
- Experience with commercial new construction and/or tenant fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation methods, and applicable codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
