Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Commercial Plumber to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems in commercial buildings and facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, mechanical codes, and safety procedures, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment
The Commercial Plumber will work at commercial construction sites, office buildings, retail facilities, industrial facilities, healthcare facilities, and other commercial properties. The position may require occasional overtime, emergency service calls, weekends, or travel between job sites.

Key Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, valves, pumps, and related equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing plans.
Install and connect water supply, drainage, waste, and vent systems.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and identify leaks, blockages, pressure problems, and equipment failures.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
Install and service commercial water heaters, backflow prevention devices, pumps, and other plumbing equipment.
Cut, assemble, solder, braze, thread, and weld piping as required.
Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, building codes, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with general contractors, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other trades on job sites.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment serviced.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Respond to emergency service calls and resolve plumbing problems efficiently.
Properly use and maintain hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and company vehicles.
Qualifications
3+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred.
Valid plumbing license or journeyman license preferred/required depending on local regulations.
Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and applicable plumbing codes.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficiency with common plumbing tools and equipment.
Ability to diagnose problems and develop effective solutions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials and work in confined spaces, elevated areas, and varying job-site conditions.
Strong communication, customer-service, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, and work in awkward positions for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry plumbing materials and equipment, potentially weighing 50+ pounds.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to safely work from ladders, lifts, and elevated work areas.
