Apex Mechanical, a division of Farbman Group, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Plumber to join our growing mechanical services team. We work on commercial and light-industrial properties including office, retail, and multi-family assets — new installation, tenant improvement, and service/repair work. What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and gas pipingRead and work from blueprints and mechanical drawings on new construction and tenant improvement projects
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues on service calls across a portfolio of commercial propertiesInstall and service commercial fixtures, backflow devices, water heaters, and pumps
- Ensure all work meets local code requirements and passes inspectionCoordinate with project managers, other trades, and property management teams on job sites
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
Requirements
Journeyman or Master Plumber license (Michigan license required) - 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience; new construction and TI experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of local plumbing codes and commercial-grade materials and systems
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical/plumbing drawingsValid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sitesStrong work ethic, professionalism, and pride in high-quality craftsmanship
