Overview:
As a Commercial Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting commercial properties and performing pest control treatments using high-quality, environmentally responsible products. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to business clients while following a daily service schedule within your assigned route.
Commercial route servicing restaurants, warehouses, offices, and industrial facilities.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Perform inspections and pest control treatments for commercial customers
- Apply high-quality and environmentally responsible products in accordance with company and safety guidelines
- Follow a daily service schedule, ensuring timely arrival and efficient completion of appointments
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, office staff, and branch management
- Identify pest activity, recommend treatment solutions, and document service activities
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service
- Safely handle pest control materials and equipment while following company procedures
We Offer:
- Wage comparable to $43 to $53 per hour (base pay + servicing commissions + sales commissions + monthly bonuses)
- $2000 sign on bonus for anyone with an active Washington commercial pest control license

- Once your training is completed, you will receive a company vehicle that you can take home along with a fuel card to use while running a route. You will also receive either a company cell phone or bi-monthly reimbursement

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- At least one (1) year of commercial pest control experience
- At least two (2) years of service-related experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a B2B environment
- Must be 18 years of age or over
- Valid driver's license
What will my work environment be like?
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
- Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
