    Position Overview

    An established commercial insurance brokerage is seeking a Commercial P&C Account Manager to support and strengthen its client relationships. This position offers a mostly remote work arrangement while maintaining regular interaction with colleagues and clients through meetings in the Metro Atlanta area.

    The Account Manager will oversee a commercial book of business representing approximately $750,000–$1.5 million in premium and will serve as a key point of contact throughout the policy lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings hands-on commercial property and casualty experience, strong coverage knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple client priorities effectively.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Manage an assigned commercial P&C book totaling approximately $750,000–$1.5 million in premium.

    · Serve as a primary service contact for commercial clients across a variety of industries.

    · Coordinate renewals, policy changes, coverage reviews, and other ongoing account needs.

    · Work directly with insurance carriers to obtain and maintain appropriate coverage for clients.

    · Review account information and help identify coverage needs, gaps, and necessary policy updates.

    · Address service concerns promptly and contribute to strong client satisfaction and retention.

    · Maintain accurate account and policy information using agency management and carrier systems.

    · Partner with Producers and other insurance professionals to provide responsive, coordinated client service.

    · Participate in meetings north of Atlanta approximately 3–4 times per month.

    Required Qualifications

    · Previous Commercial Property & Casualty account management experience.

    · Active Georgia Property & Casualty insurance license.

    · Working knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages.

    · Experience using standard agency management systems and insurance carrier software.

    · Strong client-service and relationship-management abilities.

    · Effective written and verbal communication skills.

    · Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage renewals, service requests, and competing deadlines.

    · Ability to attend in-person meetings north of Atlanta approximately 3–4 times per month.

    · Ability to successfully complete a background check.

    Preferred Qualifications

    · Experience managing a sizable commercial book of business.

    · Experience supporting commercial accounts across multiple industries.

    · Demonstrated success working collaboratively with Producers, carriers, and other insurance professionals.
