Key Responsibilities for the Commercial Operations Manager:

• 
  
• Lead the end-to-end order-to-revenue process, ensuring orders move accurately from customer purchase through invoicing, payment collection, and revenue recognition.
• 
  
• Manage and develop a team responsible for order administration, procurement coordination, invoicing, and financial transaction support.
• 
  
• Partner closely with Accounting, Sales, Service, IT, suppliers, customers, and executive leadership to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.
• 
  
• Oversee vendor purchases, customer invoicing, payment terms, and financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• 
  
• Serve as a key business partner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and support process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications for the Commercial Operations Manager:

• 
  
• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience within commercial operations, accounting operations, order management, order-to-cash, or a related business function.
• 
  
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, purchasing, and General Ledger impacts.
• 
  
• Experience working cross-functionally with accounting teams, operational leaders, sales, executives, vendors, and customers.

• ERP experience required
