Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train mowing crew members to ensure quality work and efficiency is being completed daily on mowing sites.
- Operate and maintain mowing equipment to industry standards.
- Monitor and report any issues or concerns with the mowing equipment.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during mowing operations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in commercial mowing operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to operate mowing equipment and perform routine maintenance.
- Attention to detail and a passion for landscaping.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
